I got the BEST text message the other day from one of my BFF's, Stefanie. She has been working her BUTT off the past few weeks trying to get her 5K pace to be faster. She's never really trained for a 5K before - she runs but has never done any speed work - until she joined my 3-week HIIT for Runners bootcamp. We were only 2 weeks in to the program (she did do an extra week with my free 5-day program) when she ran her next race. And this is what she sent me... I should mention that it makes me SO nervous to train my friends. While I know they will always love me, regardless of the outcome, it is so much more important to me to make sure they get what they want out of their training. So, getting this text message put a HUGE smile on my face! I am one proud coach and friend! Stef worked her butt off and I LOVE seeing her get the results she is wanting! And I just know that she's going to run a sub-30 minute 5K SOON and hit a new PR!And that can be YOU too!My next round of my 3-week HIIT for Runners program begins Monday, October 17th! This program will provide you with:
- 4 to 5 days of strength training workouts with my personal guidance on how to fit them into your current training plan. Exercises are appropriate for runners of all ages and sizes and modifications will be included for those individuals who need lower impact workouts.
- A 3-week sample running plan to help you kick off your training or help you bust through a plateau (which is what Stefanie has been following for the past 3 weeks).
- A supportive and motivational online community to help keep you accountable during the 3-weeks and beyond.
- Daily motivation, tips, and personal support from a certified strength and conditioning specialist and running coach!
