Today, I turn 36.

Yup, that’s right… I’m officially closer to 40 than I am to 30, which is just a little crazy to me.

Wasn’t it just yesterday that I was 30 weeks pregnant and turning 30?! And now I’m closer to 40?!

And we thought that 2020 was the longest year ever…

In keeping up with what I hope to be a yearly tradition, I wanted to share 36 things about my 36th year of life. Last year, it was all things that I had learned, but since I think the number 36 lends itself easily to different categories, I’m going to do it this way instead.

And it’s MY birthday, so I get to do what I want today, right?!

I love reflecting on the past year. It gives me so much perspective on how far I’ve come over this past year. My goal through this next year is to continue to get 1% better each day - and then being able to reflect on it again next year on my 37th birthday!

If it’s your birthday, I hope you have a chance to reflect and look ahead to another great year of life!
