christmas fruit salsa
**Disclosure: I am working with CocoaVia to develop various recipes using their Daily Cocoa Extract Supplement packets. I received their product in exchange for recipes and blog posts. All opinions are my own.**I don’t know about you guys, but I’m totally a dip person. I absolutely LOVE dips! Not only are they my favorite appetizer but they are my favorite thing to bring to parties. Well, besides dessert. Let’s just say, dessert dips are my weakness. There’s just something about taking some sort of dippable - a cracker, chip, graham cracker, cookie - and piling it high with the world’s best dips. I actually have a full Pinterest folder devoted just to dip recipes. It might take me a lifetime to actually make all the ones I have pinned. And MacKenna is definitely just like her Mama: she loves to dip pretty much anything and everything. Although we differ in that her favorite dip is ketchup - she dips ev-er-y-thing in ketchup. This one has quickly become one of my new favorites, although honestly, I totally forgot about it until my mom asked me to bring it to a Christmas party we were going to this week. The flavors are extremely unique - clementines, avocado, and pomegranate. But, somehow they meld together just right. Plus, not too many dips can boast good nutrition as well. Healthy fats in the avocado and some Vitamin C from the clementines, just in time for cold and flu season. Plus, a healthy dose of flavonols from the CocoaVia to boost your blood circulation during these cold winter months.
